    So i have had a server for about 5 months the past week the panel im on runs out of space every 24 hours or so and i have to submit another ticket to get the same bull^#$% response of they are looking into it. they even replied that it was fixed and then it ran out of space after 2 hours i agree with all 4 of the above posts they are bad hosters they dont even own the servers they pay hosts 50$ a month and then put 10+ people on the same host charging each client 3-50$ to be crammed into the same SSD/HDD its terrible ticket service were they copy paste the same response and get scared and threaten to close tickets if your even slightly upset with them. Server has gotten java.io.IOException: No space left on device atleast 20 times in 3 months 10 of them the past week (each time you get that error you better have a backup because you will lose data) Definatly dont go with them their is other hosts out there for 3$/gig with much better staff and service and servers.

    Possibly the worst company I have ever seen. I purchased around 4-5 servers for my network expecting them to be able to start being used the same day I purchase the service.

    I was waiting for my servers to all be set up (Activated through MultiCraft) I posted this on a ticket. It takes 4/5 tickets for them to even understand me. At this point im furious becuase they have not done as I have asked and my server is unuseable it doesn’t actually START!

    I request a refund for the bad quality service (A server that doesn’t actually start). They rejected my refund becuase i was just out of the 24 hour policy. The staff threanted to close my ticket if I debated agaisnt their choice. I then replied saying I wanted my servers being fixed OR I want a refund. If this doesnt happen I would make people aware at how bad their service is. Well Here I am trying to say

    DO NOT USE GGSERVERS Ever. Its a waste of time money and the staff are compltply useless.

    RUN RUN RUN
    Do NOT give these people your money. I bought a server package for small mincraft server, and for 24 hours I was back and forth with “tech support” trying to get it working. They know nothing, the guy could barely understand the issue and when I said enough and I want a refund, they refunded my account WITH THEM!!!! So no money back for me for something I can never use!! Total waste of time and money.

    I completely agree. ggservers should no longer be a server host. I used their hosting for almost a year and then i had the same problem, except that someone had caused the issue on the panel i was on. They had DOSed the panel i was on. After about a month of waiting for them to reply to my ticket, i got mad and non-hesitantly requested cancelation of my server and stopped paying because in my previous experience of hosting servers for other people, i know that sometimes, the more people that are on a panel at a time, the worst a DOS attack gets.

    These people take incompetence — and indifference — to a whole new level.

    Briefly: My server was down more often than it was up. And then — get this — they DELETED MY WORLD. They did it intentionally, by changing server companies (yes, despite what they claim, GGSERVER DOES NOT OWN THEIR SERVERS!! THEY RENT SPACE ELSEWHERE.) When they changed companies, they KEPT NO BACKUP OF ACCOUNTS, and — the best part — THEY DID NOT SEND EMAILS TO THEIR CLIENTS ON THE SERVERS TO NOTIFY THEM. They just ended their relationship with whomever ran the rented servers, and deleted everything. They claim to have *NOTIFIED CLIENTS THROUGH THEIR CONTROL PANELS*!! AND THEY GAVE PEOPLE *ONE WEEK* TO ACT!! So, if you didn’t happen to log in during that week, you were SCREWED. Everything gone. Patently absurd!! They were actively, intentionally deleting all the accounts on a server, and couldn’t be bothered to send those clients even one email to let them know.

    The best part?? My control panel was down! For weeks! I had a tech support ticket in, and they never fixed it. SOOO, that means that I COULD NOT LOG IN!!! AND THEY KNEW IT. AND THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT AND WORLD ANYWAY. The bitter irony is that I found this out when I contacted them to get a copy of my world so that I’d have my own backup. I’d been trying to download a backup for weeks, but since the control panel stopped working I had no access. Imagine my surprise when they informed me that MY WORLD WAS INTENTIONALLY DELETED!!

    I have proof of this. I kept the log of the chat session where they informed me of this. You can read it below for yourself.

    ONLY IF YOU ARE A MASOCHIST SHOULD YOU GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

    To summarize:

    o Company claims to run their own servers, but THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN SERVERS: They just rent space elsewhere, and therefore have NO CONTROL over the servers.

    o My server process was killed nearly every day, requiring constant restarts. I checked the logs — it just died, no errors, nothing.

    o No explanation and no help offered when that problem was raised via their tech support tickets. (Likely because the problem was internal to the other company, the real owner of the server.)

    o Then the Control Panel stopped working — could not log in. Tech support initially said, “We’re working on this for you.” And then no echo, no help, nothing — for weeks on end.

    o Meanwhile, THEY DELETED ALL ACCOUNTS to end their rental of said server, KEEPING NO BACKUP, and SENDING NO EMAILS TO THE CLIENTS INVOLVED.

    o Plus, their tech support ticket system is inherently broken: If they respond to you once, the ticket disappears and they never see it again. They admit this in the chat session below.

    These people have nothing but abject disregard for their clients. The best irony of all is that, while you can’t get any useful response for tech support tickets, and they can’t be bothered to notify you when they are deleting your files, the one system that works just fine is the billing — you get *lots* of notices if you don’t pay up on time.

    Pathetic.

    PLEASE BOYCOTT GGSERVERS.NET.

    At that point, I skype’d with the bastard, so that he could tell that I am the parent who owns the account. To be fair, I gave him time to contact the server company and retrieve the backup. I told him I would post this exchange if he did not. Needless to say, he didn’t lift a finger to try to get my files back. I’m sure that everyone else they screwed got treated to the same arrogant indifference.
